RE: LIFTING OF COVID-19 STATE OF PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr has formally lifted the state of public health emergency throughout the Philippines, effectively revoking various orders, memoranda, among others due to the coronavirus disease 2019 ( COVID-19). The official issuance was signed in a Presidential Proclamation No. 297 signed last Friday, July 21, 2023.
Proclamation 297 therefore urges all concerned, to ensure that policies, rules and regulations shall take into consideration the lifting and to amend existing and/or issuances as may be appropriate. .
