RE: MOU between the Philippines and Qatar in the Fields of Tourism and Business Eventsall For Nominations - ASEAN Prize 2025
Dear HRAP Members,
For your information, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Republic of the Philippines and the State of Qatar on
Cooperation in the Fields of Tourism and Business Events was signed on 22 April 2024 in Manila, Philippines. Please find the signed MOU attached for your reference.
In line with this, the Department of Tourism (DOT), through its Policy Formulation and International Cooperation Division, is currently working on the drafting of the Implementation Program for the period 2025–2028. The DOT is requesting the members of Hotel and Restaurant Association of the Philippines (HRAP) to provide inputs, if any, which may be considered in the formulation of the said program.
We invite you to review the working draft and share your insights, suggestions, or proposed areas of collaboration. Your contributions will serve as valuable inputs to help shape the direction and substance of the Implementation Program.
