RE: Survey on Childcare Facilities in the Workplace
Dear HRAP Members,
We have been requested by the Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP) to support and participate in a rapid survey aimed at gathering insights on the provision of childcare facilities within private establishments.
This initiative seeks to identify and document good practices that promote women's participation in the labor force and support their economic empowerment through accessible and inclusive workplace childcare services.
The survey is being conducted in coordination with the Institute for Labor Studies (ILS), the policy research and advocacy arm of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
The survey will take approximately five (5) minutes to complete. Selected respondents may also be invited for a follow-up key informant interview and guided survey to be featured as case study sites. Please note that the survey will close on Friday, 09 May 2025.
