Step 1: Fill up the Online Application Form or download the PDF forms, fill-up and email to membership@hrap.org.ph.

Step 2: Scan all document requirements and send it to membership@hrap.org.ph.

PLEASE READ

Applications for membership shall be considered by the HRAP Board of Directors upon sponsorship and endorsement of two (2) members of the Association and the favorable recommendation of the HRAP Committee on Membership.

All application will be forwarded the next HRAP Board of Directors Meeting for review and consideration. HRAP Board shall have the absolute discretion to accept or reject an application without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

A formal Notice of Approval shall be sent to the applicant with the attached Statement of Account for admission fees and membership dues.

Official Membership to the Association is subject only upon full payment of the admission fees and membership dues.
