HRAP Allied Hosts Membership Meeting with Digital Marketing Insights
Manila, Philippines – July 17, 2025 – The Hotel and Restaurant Association of the Philippines (HRAP) Allied Group successfully held its Membership Meeting last July 17, 2025, at the Amorsolo Function Room of the World Trade Center, Metro Manila. With the theme “AD TO CART: Your Digital Marketing Playbook,” the event brought together members from various sectors of the hospitality and allied industries for an engaging afternoon of learning, networking, and celebration.
The event was proudly sponsored by Eventurous Events Organizing Services, setting the stage for a seamless and dynamic gathering.
Opening the program was Mr. Tom Balete, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of TOSOT Philippines, who welcomed the participants and emphasized the importance of innovation and connectivity in today’s competitive market landscape.
A key highlight of the event was the guest lecture by Mr. Raphael Layosa, Chief Executive of Innovation One. He delivered an insightful session titled “First Impression That Last (Awareness)”, the first installment in a five-part digital marketing series. Mr. Layosa walked the audience through the different levels of customer awareness and provided practical tips on leveraging popular platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. He underscored the importance of content curation, clear calls to action, and leveraging personal and professional networks for maximum marketing impact.

In his address, Mr. Tom Balete also reflected on recent achievements and outlined HRAP Allied’s upcoming initiatives. He proudly mentioned HRAP Allied’s participation in MAFBEX 2025 last June 11, and the First HRAP Central Luzon Tourism Summit held on June 26.
