The Outstanding Workers of the Republic (TOWER) Awards

The Rotary Club of Manila, RCManila Foundation Inc., the People Management Association of the Philippines, and the Department of Labor and Employment are on the hunt for the country’s top innovators for the 2021 TOWER Awards!
Hotel and Restaurant Association of the Philippines would like to invite its members to nominate their candidate for the 2021 Tower Awards.
The 2021 Tower Awards covers all sectors and industries of the country and seeks to honor the nation's most outstanding non-supervisory blue-collar and white-collar workers for their exceptional and original innovation in the workplace.
In an encouraging email received from one of HRAP Director, Mr. Farid Schoucair, he says and we quote "The pandemic has hit our industry very hard, but we must keep fighting and pushing forward no matter what, and now more than ever we must support and recognize these individuals who are making a difference despite all the on-going challenges."
Founded in 1975 by the Rotary Club of Manila, the TOWER Awards Program aims to recognize employee excellence, innovation, and the contribution of workers to economic development while uplifting Filipino workers' morale, enhancing individual career opportunities, promoting industrial peace, and advocating for the dignity of labor. It seeks to develop critical, innovative, inventive, and creative thinking at the workplace; and to inculcate a mindset for quality and productivity in the workforce.
The TOWER Awards also honors organizations that promote a culture of innovation, put their people first, deliver future-focused excellence in the field of people management, and understand the importance of their human capital as key contributors to business outcomes and results.
To date, more than 200 TOWER Awardees have been recognized.
This 2021, the Rotary Club of Manila, RCManila Foundation, Inc, PMAP, and DOLE are once again opening their search for the most outstanding workers of the Republic.
